Shipping & Returns

 

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a holiday, will be processed the following business day. Order processing time includes item selection, handling, packaging and shipping. All orders placed before 1:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays) will be processed and shipped on the same day. All orders placed after 1:00 PM (PST) will be shipped the following business day. All orders ship from our Irvine, CA warehouse. 

NOTE: Transit time may vary on Ground, Express Saver, FedEx 2Day (AM), and FedEx Overnight.

Promotional Codes

Any promotional discounts referencing a minimum order amount must meet the subtotal, not including taxes or shipping fees. Any discounted orders not meeting the advertised subtotal amount and using a promotional code will not be processed and will be summarily refunded to the purchaser via the original method of payment. Iomic USA reserves the right to modify or cancel any order not meeting the advertised promotional ad. 

Cannot be used or combined with other offers, discounts or promo codes unless otherwise stated. Cannot be applied to past purchases. Iomic USA reserves the right to add, remove or modify items on this promotion without prior notice. Other restrictions may apply.

Free Shipping Offers

To qualify for any Free Standard Ground Shipping upgrade, sub-total must meet or exceed the advertised promotional amount before all discounts are applied. Sub-total does not include tax or shipping fees. Free Shipping promo will only be for FedEx/USPS Ground Shipping to the United States of America ONLY. Any shipping outside of the U.S. is subject  to additional fees. If you wish to use an expedited service, the Free Shipping promo code must not be used to ensure correct shipping charge. Your order will not ship unless the appropriate shipping charge has been applied. Free shipping upgrades/promotions will only apply to the contiguous United States.

Iomic, Inc. is not responsible for any duties or fees imposed on orders outside of the United States.

Returns

You can return your item(s) purchased from IOMICUSA.COM up to 30 days after the purchase date for a full refund. Refunds will be returned only to the original form of payment. IOMIC does not offer store credit or gift cards. IOMIC does not accept returns on items purchased outside of IOMICUSA.com. For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and replace an order for the correct item. Exchanges for items purchased outside of IOMICUSA.com will not be accepted. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. For all returns, you will be responsible for return shipping. All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. You may use a shipper of your choice to return your items. We recommend retaining the tracking number of your return for your records.

If you’re returning an item after the initial 30 days but within 60 days after the original date of purchase, you may exchange the item for another IOMIC item of equal or greater value (in which you are responsible for the difference in cost). All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. No refunds will be given on merchandise returned 60 days after the original purchase date.

You, the customer, are responsible for the cost of any return shipping. Please contact our customer service department at 1(714) 564-1600 to receive a return authorization code. Any returns without an authorization code will not be valid and any refunds associated with the order will not be processed.

If the product you have received is defective, Iomic Grips will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact customer service department for a return authorization code.
