We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns of NEW GRIPS (uninstalled and in original, unopened packaging) for a refund or merchandise exchange within 30 days of purchase. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. For gift purchases, merchandise exchange will be issued for the full value of the merchandise.
You, the customer, are responsible for the cost of any return shipping. Please contact our customer service department at 1(714) 564-1600 to receive a return authorization code. Any returns without an authorization code will not be valid and any refunds associated with the order will not be processed.
If the product you have received is defective, Iomic Grips will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact customer service department for a return authorization code.
